Using just a browser on your smartphone or computer, you can remotely install a sports app (from DSN) onto your Hitachi Roku Smart TV in less than a minute.
Click the button below to open the Roku website (in a new tab), then login to your Roku account (by clicking “Sign in” located at the top right corner of the webpage).
Click into the ‘Search Channel’ window, located below the blue-colored tab labeled, “Featured” (near the top of the webpage), then search for “DeskSite”.
Browse through dozens of sports apps, then select your preferred app(s) by clicking on the blue-colored button (located below the team logo) labeled, “+ Add channel”, and that’s it!
The app will automatically install itself onto your Roku device(s), and the next time you access your Roku, you’ll see the tile(s) of your selected app(s) located within your Roku channels.
Installing one (or more) of our sports apps onto your Hitachi Roku Smart TV is quick and easy.
Power on your television and launch Roku.
On the Roku homepage, scroll down to “Streaming Channels”, and click the right navigation arrow (on your remote); then scroll down to “Search Channels”, and click the right navigation arrow (on your remote); then search for “DeskSite” using your remote control to select and input letters into the onscreen keyboard.
The onscreen ‘search results’ (for DeskSite) will display in a column to the right of the onscreen keyboard. Click the right navigation arrow (on your remote) until the column of sports teams is now on the left side of your screen, then scroll downward until you find a team you like, then click the right navigation arrow (on your remote) until the team logo switches from the right side of your screen to the left side, then click, “Add channel”, and that’s it!
Return to the Roku homepage, scroll through your Roku channels until you see your selected team, then click the tile and enjoy!
