Using just a browser on your smartphone or computer, you can remotely install Direct Sports Network onto your Sony Android Smart TV in less than a minute.
Click the button below to open the Google Play Store website (in a new tab), then login to the Google account registered to your Android TV (by clicking “Sign in” located at the top right corner of the webpage).
Click the green-colored button labeled, “Install” to open the installation page, then select your preferred Smart TV from the menu and click the green-colored button labeled, “Install”, and that’s it!
The app will automatically install itself, and the next time you access your Smart TV, you’ll see a tile for Direct Sports Network in your apps menu.
Installing Direct Sports Network onto your Sony Android Smart TV is quick and easy.
Power on your television and click the ‘Home’ button on your remote (to launch Android).
On the homepage of your Smart TV, navigate to the ‘keyboard’ icon in the top left corner of your screen, and click on it. Search for “Direct Sports app” by using your remote control to select and input letters into the onscreen keyboard.
Alternatively, you may ‘press and hold’ the microphone button on your remote (if equipped) and say, “Direct Sports app”.
The first app displayed (in the onscreen ‘search results’) should be Direct Sports Network. Click the tile to open the installation screen; click once again, and the app will begin to install itself. After installation is complete, click once more to launch the app, and enjoy!
