CTG includes several guarantees with your services, covering all aspects of your Channel’s performance.

Happiness Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you don't like your new app(s) for any reason during the first year of operation, we’ll return 100% of your app development fees. For example, let’s say you launch eight (8) new apps across various platforms, including CTV, mobile, and tablet; however, eleven (11) months later, three of the eight haven’t gained the traction you expected: No problem! We’ll winddown the 3 underperforming apps (redirecting users to your remaining 5 apps and/or other distribution platforms) and then refund your app development fees (for those 3 apps).

This guarantee can substantially mitigate the cost of experimentation when you’re unsure whether launching a Channel on a particular platform (or platforms) will generate a positive ROI against the cost of app development. Moreover, our Happiness Guarantee is a de facto insurance policy to reconstitute your budget(s), in the event you discover a better use of funds within a year (of a given app’s release).

Uptime Guarantee

Expanding your content’s availability is the primary justification for adding distribution channels – which means your content needs to be accessible through your new app(s) 24/7/365. And since CTG hosts and services the apps we build for you, each app comes with a 99.9% uptime guarantee and includes a moneyback policy in the unlikely event of a service outage.

Acceptance Guarantee

From Netflix to Hulu, every app on every platform underwent a submission process to get there. CTG will architect, build, and submit your app(s) to the appropriate app store for a given platform. However, each platform imposes content acceptance policies outside of our control. In the event your app is rejected by a given app store for any reason, CTG will refund your development fees.
